Get Paid to Use Brave Browser, Fast Secure Browsing
April 6, 2020
I am preferring to use the Brave Browser these days because its fast and more secure. But there is also another reason why I am loving it…
Most of us use one of these popular browsers to surf the internet, be it Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera, Safari, Firefox, etc…
This is a task we do daily without even thinking about it.
Now consider the following question:
How Much Did You Make Last Month From Simply Browsing the Internet?
I made nearly $7 over the past 30 days. $6.64 to be exact!
You might think that’s not a lot of money, but consider how much you made using your favorite browser last month?
That’s right! ZERO!
Now relatively speaking, $7 doesn’t sound so much like chump change, does it?
Wait till you hear what I was able to do next?
I then took this money and converted over to Bitcoin in my favorite cryptocurrency account over at Coinbase.
Were you able to do this with the browser you currently use? Chances are, the answer is NO!
So How Do You Get Paid from Everyday Browsing?
I do not use any of the popular browsers I mentioned above.
I use the Brave Browser: http://mikejanthony.com/brave
It is faster, more private, and secure than Chrome…and I am loving it!
What’s more: I GET PAID to use it!
The more you browse with Brave, the more you make!
Now, I have not completely stopped using my other browsers, which are normally Chrome and Firefox, but I am definitely using Brave more and more. Especially since I have seen my usage income go up the more I use it!
The trade-off is that you have to accept small, inconspicuous ads that pop up on the bottom right corner of your screen.
The money has to come from somewhere in order to pay you, and this is it! It is hardly a nuisance though.
You could turn these ads off if you like, but you will not be paid anything if you do. I like being paid so I leave them on.
Brave pays its users with a cryptocurrency token called Basic Attention Token, or BAT, which has a real dollar value.
As of this writing, you can see BAT as #34 on Coinmarketcap.com‘s list of the Top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization.
This is how I was able to transfer my BAT into Bitcoin (BTC), or Litecoin (LTC), or simply keep it as BAT.
In the US, you will need an Uphold account to use ACH and receive your BAT. I think the transaction fees are a little expensive if you transact in US dollars ($4.99), so I choose to use cryptocurrencies which are cheaper than that.
So I then send the money off to my cryptocurrency exchange from my Uphold account.
Last time I did this, and converted my BAT to BTC, it cost me a total of $2.40.
The money then showed up in my Coinbase wallet, exactly as I executed.
Now this is how browsing should be done!
Start browsing using the Brave Browser right now!

I downloaded the Brave browser last year, but I have not installed it yet. I have several mailers I want to use regularly,
and I was in the process of setting them up first.
Most of them require my gmail account (Chrome) to input my ad. After setting them up, I was planning to use Brave.
I am currently building a different crypto-currency (WESA), From another website. I do have a little BAT-less than $1.00
worth in my Coinbase wallet. It did not seem worth it to convert to BTC. What do you think?
Hi Jim, Things have changed quite a bit from when this article was written nearly a year ago and costs have gone up. I was talking about converting BAT directly from Uphold to Coinbase, not crypto that is already on Coinbase. Since it cost me over $2 to covert BAT to BTC at the time I wrote the article, then it would not be worth it for you to convert less than $1 in BAT at any time. Also, I would not convert any cryptocurrency directly from Uphold anyway because it now costs more to do so. It is cheaper to send it to a bank account and then move it to an exchange from there. But if you have BAT already on Coinbase, I do not believe you would be able to convert such a small amount anyway as the costs would be more than you have.
